Young J Corp. ("Company," "we," "us," or "our") operates the RunHUD and OnTrack mobile applications (collectively, the "Services"). This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and safeguard your information when you use our Services.
1. Information We Collect

- Account Information: Email address and authentication credentials when you create an account.
- Fitness & Activity Data: Running metrics including distance, time, pace, GPS routes, altitude, heart rate, cadence, and heart rate variability (HRV) collected from connected Bluetooth sensors and integrated fitness platforms.
- Device Information: Device type, operating system version, and Bluetooth sensor identifiers necessary for connectivity.
- Usage Data: App interaction data, feature usage patterns, and crash reports to improve our Services.
Garmin Connect API Data
When you choose to connect your Garmin account to our Services, we access the following data through the Garmin Connect API:
Data We Collect from Garmin:
- Activity data: distance, duration, pace, GPS routes, and altitude
- Heart rate data and heart rate variability (HRV)
- Activity summaries and detailed activity records
How We Use Garmin Data:
- Visualize and analyze your running history through detailed activity reports
- Generate personalized run summary images (RunShot) containing your activity data for social sharing
- Calculate environment-adjusted pace and aerobic efficiency insights for personalized training recommendations
- Display heart rate trends and HRV analysis in integrated charts
Data Retention & Deletion: Garmin data is used solely for providing the Services described above. When you disconnect your Garmin account or delete your account with us, all Garmin-sourced data is permanently deleted from our systems. We do not sell Garmin data to third parties or use it for advertising or marketing purposes.
2. How We Use Your Information
We use the collected information for the following purposes:
- To provide, maintain, and improve our Services
- To display real-time running metrics from connected sensors
- To generate activity visualizations and training analytics
- To create personalized training insights and recommendations
- To communicate with you regarding service updates and support
- To detect and prevent technical issues or abuse
3. Data Sharing & Disclosure
We do not sell, trade, or rent your personal information to third parties. We may share information only in the following limited circumstances:

These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the RunHUD and OnTrack applications and related services (the "Services") provided by Young J Corp. ("Company," "we," "us," or "our"). By accessing or using our Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

By downloading, installing, or using our Services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, you must not use the Services.
2. Description of Services
RunHUD is a mobile application that displays real-time running metrics from Bluetooth-connected sensors. OnTrack is a mobile interval training timer for runners. Both applications are available on iOS and Android platforms.
3. User Accounts
Certain features of our Services may require you to create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to provide accurate and complete information when creating your account.
4. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:

The Services are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We do not guarantee that the Services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components. Fitness data displayed by the Services is for informational purposes only and should not be considered medical advice.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Young J Corp. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the Services, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.
9. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Services at any time, with or without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users or our business interests.
10. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Korea, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

1. Infrastructure Security

All data transmitted between your device and our servers is encrypted using TLS 1.2 or higher. Sensitive data stored at rest is encrypted using AES-256 encryption. API communications with third-party platforms (including Garmin Connect) are conducted exclusively over encrypted channels.

We implement secure authentication protocols including OAuth 2.0 for third-party integrations. Internal access to user data is restricted to authorized personnel on a need-to-know basis, with access logged and regularly audited.
4. Third-Party Integration Security
Connections to third-party services such as Garmin Connect use industry-standard OAuth 2.0 authorization. We request only the minimum data permissions necessary for our Services to function. Access tokens are stored securely and can be revoked by users at any time.
5. Data Minimization
We follow the principle of data minimization — we collect and retain only the data necessary to provide our Services. When data is no longer needed, it is securely deleted.
6. Incident Response
